Also available at the event will be the new range of ASKYOURGIRL ‘I might wear black for a year straight’ collection consisting of Tee’s, new polo’s, fitteds, glasses and a new reversible sweater.

Kanye West x Spike Jonze Short Film || We Were Once A Fairytale

Kanye in Spike Jonze produced short film

Kanye West hooked up with Spike Jonze (director of ‘Were The Wild Thing Are‘ & Flashing Lights) to created this almost cryptic short film shot earlier this year and debuted @ the LAFF.

The movie was posted to his blog KanyeUniversity a few days ago and mysteriously taken down hours later with rumours circulating that it was meant to be sold on itunes.

Nike x Cassette Playa || ‘Fear No Evil’ Tee’s

Cassette Playa has linked up with Nike once again to produce a ‘Fear No Evil’ range after their successful previous sneaker collabs on the Dunk and Blazer.

First up are these Tee’s featuring her distinctive tribal print motifs on the front with the slogan ‘Fear No Evil’ on the back and comes in three colourways. Available on the US Nike store now also keep a look out for the upcoming varsity jacket.

After months of speculation and a static website that hasn’t changed much Kanye West’s Pastelle (Past-Tell) label seem’s to be nearing it’s debut date of fall 2009, with the first pictures of select item’s from the Lookbook surfacing online today .

Update: highsnobiety states they received official word that Pastelle will NEVER see the light of day, instead Kanye will launch a collection under his own name.

Sony have unveiled their newest Playstation 3 machine after many months of rumors and leaked pictures, The latest PS3 comes with a bigger memory of 120GB, a change of the Playstation logo as well as having all the usual features you would expect.

The original model will still be on shelves at a reduced price, with the slimline retailing for the same price at £249

SHEONE x CRASH || Pop Crime Exhibition

'Untitled' by Sheone

London based artist SHEONE will be exhibiting a collection of his work along side Bronx born artist CRASH in a Exhibition called Pop Crime at the Opus Gallery in Newcastle from the 7-31 of August.

SheOne is also known for his design work with British label Addict while CRASH honed his skills as part of the Bronx graffiti movement and turned his talents from painting murals on wall’s to canvas.

Andy Warhol

An Andy Warhol portrait of a Thriller-era Micheal Jackson goes on show at the 02 this week.

The (Green) Michael Jackson canvas, painted in 1984, has been owned for years by a private collector and will be on show at the British Music Experience Pop Museum at the 02 from the 6-8 August and will be the only European Venue to host the portrait.

It will go for auction in New York later this month with bidding starting from 500,000 but set to sell

Billionaire Boys Club || New Hunting Pattern Released

BBC Hunting Pattern

Its the 9th Season of Pharrell’s Billionaire Boys Club label and they have released pictures of the new range featuring a new hunting pattern. If you were in Berlin around the 1-4th of July you might of had a sneak peak.

The pattern is reminiscent of children’s wallpaper which slots in with their playful logo’s and references a distinctly upper class past time that is fox hunting.

The range is available now but expect to see more apparel in the following months

British label YMC is opening a new store in Poland St, W1

The store is a concept store and will feature many of the labels creations and accessories.

The store is another welcome addition to the fashion landscape of London’s streets and is sure to be a hit for the label that doesnt succumb to fashion trends. The launch is on 31st July. See you there.
